The location was fantastic, Staff was in general very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The toilet was dirty but we asked them to clean it and they did it immediately. Breakfast was correct, saying that, I would not pay for it if I am asked to do so.

The helping staff... there was a small accident where the senior member of our family got injured and the staff helped us with the dressing and also went running to buy the medicine our doctor asked us to give immediately. The cleaner refused to take money but took only the amount he spent when we insisted. The hotel also immediately started the procedure for refund. Thank you to the housekeeping staff for your help... and thank you the front desk staff for refund

Easy check in with wonderful staff. Ideal location and close to everything great in Colaba. The room was big enough for a couple with 2 suitcases comfortable and the bed was soft and comfy (unlike most beds we experienced in India where firm is the preferred option). Good aircon and a great selection at breakfast.

The location is amazing and felt very safe to walk anround. Staff at the front desk and around the hotel are extremely helpful! They helped us with train times and taxi bookings and there was always someone at the front desk. Beds were super comfy and rooms were always cleaned and refreshed very promptly.

We stayed in a suite room and the facilities in this room was exceptional. We were very comfortable. Room and toilet was both clean. The toilet was a nice size and had a shower cubical. The service provided by all staff members of the hotel was very good. The location of the hotel is very central for shopping and nice places to eat.

The staff were extremely helpful. I only had larger notes and they swapped for smaller denominations, even finding the crisper newer one which I hadn’t asked them to. They also helped print my boarding pass for my onward trip and ordered me an Uber to get me to the airport on time. Excellent staff.

The location was fantastic for walking and exploring. 5 minutes to the waterside. 10 minutes to the night shopping street. The staff were all very helpful and readily available. Breakfast was plentiful. A newspaper and fresh bottled water each day. I was more than happy! What a fabulous introduction to India for me.

The staff were polite and well-trained. As for the breakfast, both the Indian cuisine and the Western cuisine are good! I loved Upma and Missar! And bananas and yoghurt are perfect for tourists to keep their health fine.

The location is ideal for seeing South Bombay. The staff is friendly and helpful. We are traveling with a baby and they all took an interest in her.
